This website, couchside.shop, is operated by Couch Side ("Couchside", "we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Our store
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products and process payments.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and puzzles, decorations and other items shown in photos and videos are for styling only and are not included unless listed in "What's in the box". Measurements are approximate.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or can't ship to the address given; if we do, we refund you in full.
5. Shipping and risk
Shipping times are estimates. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier-confirmed address. See our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.
7. Assembly and safe use
Assemble the table according to the included instructions and tighten all knobs before use. Use it on a flat floor, keep the wheels still while working, don't sit or lean on the board, don't overload it, and keep small parts and puzzle pieces away from young children and pets. Keep the LED light's cable away from walkways.
8. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us reviews, photos, videos or comments, you let us use them to show and promote our products. Please only send content you have the right to share.
9. Intellectual property
The Couchside name, logo, photos, videos and text on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10. Warranty disclaimer
Apart from the guarantees in our Refund Policy and any rights you have by law, our products and this site are provided "as is" without other warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
