30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love your Couchside table. If it isn't right for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund.

Holiday gifts: orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31, so the person you gave it to has time to try it.

Arrived damaged, faulty, or missing a part?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send the missing or damaged part, a replacement table, or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back, and it costs you nothing.

Wrong item?

Email us and we'll send the right one and cover all shipping both ways.

Changed your mind?

Email us within 30 days of delivery (or by January 31 for holiday orders) and we'll send you return instructions and the return address. Please pack the table securely with all of its parts; the original box is helpful but not required. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Your original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted from your refund.

When you get your money

Once your return reaches us, we refund you in full within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
