Free, fast shipping from our US warehouse

Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

When your order ships

Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

How long delivery takes

Most orders arrive 1 to 3 business days after they ship. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take a few extra days.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number the day your order ships. If your tracking hasn't moved for 3 business days, email us and we'll sort it out.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US, please email us before ordering.

Christmas orders

Carriers get busy the week before Christmas. To make sure a gift arrives in time, order by mid-December.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost, or arrives damaged, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full at no cost to you.

Address mistakes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
